나이들어서 무언가를 배우려면 어떻게 해야 하는가? How do we learn new things even when you are old (Korean&English , SHort, 짧은글)

기술의 발전으로 무엇인가 계속 나오는 시대이다 보니 그래서 새로운것을 배워야하는 경우가 있다.

하지만 생각보다 제대로 학습을 못하는 경우가 생긴다.  그 이유에 대해서 살펴 보려고 한다.

 

우선 제대로 학습이 제대로 안되는 이유는 특히나 난이도가 높은 공부를 할때 발생한다. (쉬운공부는 천천히 하면되기 때문에 천천히 꾸준히 해야한다.) 하지만 새롭고 난이도가 높은 것은 이미 그 문화가 깊게 형성되고 그 원리를 깨친 사람들이 이미 그 분야에 존재했을 경우가 있다 하지만 나는 그 문화를 모르고 있기 때문에 내 문화로 그 문화의 벽을 부수려고 하기 때문에 그 온전한 형태를 그대로 수용하지못하고 수용하는 시기를 놓쳐 마찰을 계속 겪게 된다.

 

많은 고민이 있겠지만  효율, 객관성을 떠나서 왜 그러한 문화가 발생하였는지 온전히 알기 위해서는 불만을 가지지 말고 그대로 따라해야한다고 생각한다. 6개월정도 지나고 나서야 그 문화를 온전히 수용한 다음에 내가 하고 싶은데로 하면된다. 그 전에는 계속 생겨나는 호기심이 정말 많을것이다. 그 부분을 채워 넣는 시간이 되면 될것이다. 꼭 지식적인것이 아닐수도 있다. 

 

왜 그러한 문화가 생겼는지 완전히 이해하는 과정이 무조건 필요한것이다. 도저히 안맞다는 생각이 든다면 안하면되지만 이해하는 과정 없이 그 분야를 어떻게 나랑 맞다 안맞다를 판단할 수 있을까?

 

1. 6개월 동안 내방법대로 하지말고 이분야의 전문가들이 어떻게 했는지 정확히 따라해보고 그들이 하는 말들을 귀를 기울여라.

2. 6개 사이에 발생하는 호기심들을 채워라

3. 6개월 뒤에 너가 하고싶은것을 채워라

As technology continues to advance, there are times when we need to learn new things. However, we may struggle to learn properly. One reason for this is that it can be difficult to learn something that is too challenging. When the difficulty level is high, it requires steady and deliberate practice to fully grasp the concepts. In some cases, there may already be a deep cultural understanding and established principles within a particular field, which may not be immediately obvious to someone who is new to it. Attempting to break through these cultural barriers without fully understanding them may result in friction and a failure to fully absorb the knowledge.

While it can be frustrating, I believe that in order to fully understand why these cultural barriers exist, it is important to set aside our frustrations and try to learn in the same way as those who have already mastered the field. After about six months of fully immersing oneself in the culture, we can then pursue our own interests within the field. Until then, there will likely be a lot of curiosity to satisfy. This time can be used to fill any knowledge gaps, which may not necessarily be related to the subject matter itself.

 

Fully understanding why such culture exists is crucial. Without it, it's difficult to judge whether the field is a good fit for you. If you feel like it's not, then you can choose not to pursue it. Therefore, it's important to make an effort to understand the field before making a decision.

 

1.For six months, instead of doing things your own way, try to follow exactly what the experts in the field did and listen carefully to what they have to say.

2.During that time, fill your curiosity with whatever you can find.

3.After six months, you can pursue what you want to do.
